The Alpina B4 Bi-Turbo Cabrio has been officially presented to the public, for the first time ever, during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
Originally unveiled almost a month ago, and then announced for the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, the brand new Alpina B4 Bi-Turbo is entering our news once again, this time with the German tuner pulling the wraps off its body, during the Swiss automotive event. The model in question is based on the BMW 4-Series Convertible, as you probably already figured it out, and it’s coming with a sports exhaust system, with 20-inch alloy wheels and a restrained body kit, amongst others.
The cabin has minor changes and they include the sport steering wheel, the embroidered headrests, the heated leather sport seats, the special floor mats and the Alpina branded door sill. Power is being provided by the same 3.0 liter twin turbo six-cylinder engine found on the B4 Bi-Turbo Coupe too, which has been rated at 410 HP (301 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque. Power is being sent to the wheels through an 8-speed automatic transmission, allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 301 km/h (187 mph).
