The new Audi A6 Ultra TDI has been officially presented to the public during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, where the model has made its public debut.
The brand new Audi A6 Ultra is already available for order in some parts of the Old Continent but that doesn’t mean that it managed to make its public debut during a major automotive event and so the carmaker has recently brought it to the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The Audi A6 Ultra will become available in two body styles, sedan and wagon (Avant), but the one seen at the Swiss automotive event was in its four-door version.
Power to the Audi A6 Ultra is being provided by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbo diesel engine, which is producing a total output of 190 HP (120 kW), and it has a peak torque of 400 Nm, available between 1,750 rpm and 3,000 rpm. The model equipped with this engine can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.2 seconds in the sedan and in 8.5 seconds in the wagon, thanks to the seven-speed dual clutch S tronic transmission, which is offered as standard here. The average fuel consumption stands at 4.6 liters every 100 km.
