The brand new Ferrari California T has been officially presented to the public, in a world premiere, during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
Ferrari has brought the new California generation to the Swiss automotive event, as the model in question has been officially unveiled just a few weeks ago. The brand new Ferrari California T is coming with a styling inspired by the FF, by the F12 Berlinetta and even by the 458 Italia. Its retractable hard top has been retained and it can fold down in 14 seconds.
The cabin of the new sports car has received some interesting features too, like the new 6.5-inch touch screen display, as part of the updated infotainment system, the semi-aniline Frau seats, the redesigned center console, the optional 1,280-watt JBL Professional sound system with a 16-channel amplifier and 12 speakers and much more.
Power to the new Ferrari California T is being provided by a 3.8 liter turbocharged V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 560 HP (412 kW) and it has a peak torque of 755 Nm (556 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration is made in 3.6 seconds and top speed stands at 316 km/h (196 mph). The California T is 15 percent more fuel efficient and 20 percent “greener” than its predecessor. No pricing details have been announced yet.
