Nissan has officially introduced the impressive GT-R Nismo at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, in a local premiere, as the model has managed to attract quite a crowd.
Originally unveiled back in late 2013, during the Los Angeles Auto Show, the new Nissan GT-R Nismo is now making its public debut on the Old Continent too, where the car manufacturer has brought it to the 84th edition of the Geneva Motor Show. The new Nissan GT-R Nismo is a more track focused vehicle than the standard one, with increased body rigidity, optimized steering components, revised dampers, revised suspension system, stiffer anti-roll bar and some specially created tires, signed by Dunlop.
The Nissan GT-R Nismo is also coming with a new aero package which is reducing drag and increasing downforce. All models are coming with five color choices and black alloy wheels. The cabin is getting Alcantara Recaro bucket seats, three-spoke steering wheel, red finished tachometer, some carbon fiber details and more. Power is being provided by a 3.8 liter twin turbo V6 engine, which is developing 600 HP (441 kW) and 642 Nm (481 lb-ft) of torque, mated to a 6-speed auto gearbox with paddle shifters, sending power to the four-wheel drive. The GT-R Nismo will go on sale in Europe in September, this year.
