Besides the usual array of global players in the automotive industry, the Geneva auto show has always been a traditional venue for the underdogs, mainly exotic and exclusive sports car manufacturers.
Such a producer, which marries the exotic and exclusive type, is Zenvo, which finally brought to the 2014 Geneva show its production ready version of the ST1 supercar. Actually, the car dates as far back as 2008 and features a distinctive design, coupled with all the necessary interior and exterior carbon amenities such an exotic model requires.
What’s most important, the Zenvo ST1 has lots and lots of eager horses under the hood, thanks to a both supercharged and turbocharged 6.8-liter V8 engine that delivers to a seven-speed automatic transmission no less than 1104 hp (812 kW) and 1430 Nm (1054 lb-ft) of torque. The 1590 kg (3505 lb) supercar easily reaches 100 km/h in just three seconds before dreading to endanger Bugatti’s territory – its top speed of 375 km/h (233 mph) is electronically limited.
