The third generation of the Renault Twingo has recently made its public debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
The 2015 Renault Twingo has been officially presented to the public during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The model in question is a rear-wheel drive city car, with a rear-mounted engine, which is promising a lot of fun thanks to its supercar configuration. The urban vehicle stands at 3,59 meters in length, 1,64 meters in wifth and 1,55 meters in height, coming with a 2,49 meter long wheelbase.
The new Renault Twingo generation is sharing the same platform with the next-gen Smart ForTwo and its interior design has a simple dashboard, a touch screen display on high end versions, a 50/50 folding rear seat, 219-liter cargo capacity, 52 liters from other stowage solutions, the R-Link multimedia system, R & GO app and much more.
Power to the brand new Renault Twingo Generation is being provided by a 0.9 liter TCe turbocharged engine, which is rated at 90 HP (66 kW) and 135 Nm (100 lb-ft) of torque. The company is also offering the 70 HP (51 kW) and 91 Nm (67 lb-ft) of torque 1.0 liter engine. The two units have received a 5-speed manual transmission, which is sending power to the rear wheels. The 2015 Renault Twingo will go on sale in the second half of this year.
