Holden has recently announced the introduction of the 2014 Colorado and Colorado 7, along with some updates received by the two models.
The updated 2014 Holden Colorado and 2014 Holden Colorado 7 have been recently updated and introduced and the two vehicles have gained several new safety systems, like the Hill Start Assist, the Trailer Sway Control, the Descent Control system, side impact airbags on the LX, the LT and the LTZ versions, a rearview camera with Rear Park Assist and some other tweaks.
The two models are also getting the Holden MyLink infotainment system as standard on all versions of the Colorado 7, along with the Colorado LX, LT and LTZ, which is bringing a 7-inch touch screen display and a variety of apps, like the BringGo, the TuneIn, the Pandora or the Stitcher and it also has Bluetooth.
The 2014 Holden Colorado and Colorado 7 have gained a brand new 2.8 liter Duramax 2 diesel engine, which is producing a total output of 200 HP (147 kW) and it has a peak torque of 500 Nm (368 lb-ft). The unit can be mated to either a six-speed manual or an automatic transmission. No pricing details on the two vehicles have been announced yet.
