The Japanese based automaker Honda has recently announced its plans to launch the new Jazz / Fit in September, on its local auto market.
After it has leaked in a brochure a couple of times, revealing its exterior and interior design, the new generation of the Honda Jazz / Fit is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker making an official announcement. According to the company, the model will be launched in Japan in September. The brand new Honda Jazz / Fit has been apparently inspired by the new Civic generation, with the new front grille, the larger air intakes and the rectangular headlights.
The 2014 Honda Jazz / Fit is rumored to get an engine lineup made out of the 1.2 liter three-cylinder petrol engine and the 1.4 liter unit, carried over from the current more. Diesel lovers will be able to order the new 1.6 liter engine, used on the Civic too, which is emitting under 100 g/km of CO2. A hybrid version of the Jazz / Fit will also be produced, but later on. Additional details on the 2014 Honda Jazz / Fit are limited for the moment and will probably be announced close to its debut.
