The South Korean based automaker Hyundai has recently released more details on the 2014 Equus, ahead of the model’s debut scheduled for the New York Auto Show.
The 2014 Hyundai Equus is getting some interesting updates, such as the LED taillights, the LED adaptive headlights, the new smart key replacing the previous fob, the perforated leather surfaces with contrast piping, the TFT LCD gauges, redesigned controls, instrument panel display, new 9.2 inch span, new paint colors and some other tweaks, which should make the model even more attractive to its future customers.
As for the engine lineup, the 2014 Hyundai Equus will get the same 5.0 liter Tau V8 under its hood, which will produce a total output of 429 HP, mated to a new shift-by-wire transmission as standard with a new gear selector to control it. The 2014 Hyundai Equus is promising a more premium feel, an improved ride, improved handling and more. Unfortunately we don’t have any more details on the 2014 Hyundai Equus for the moment so we will have to wait for the 2013 New York Auto Show to officially open its gates, on the 27th of March, in order to find out more about the model.
