Hyundai has recently introduced the 2014 Genesis Coupe, which has received some interesting updates, including new colors, interior changes and even new engines.
The 2014 Hyundai Genesis has been revised and it’s now coming with a new five-color option, the Empire State Gray, the Caspian Black, the Santiago Silver, the Ibiza Blue and the Casablanca white. Changes made to the interior also include the gaining of the cruise control, the floor mats, the auto dimming rearview mirror, navigation system, HomeLink wireless control system, Assurance Connected Care with Automatic Collision Notification, Enhanced Roadside Assistance, SOS Emergency Assistance and much more.
As far as the engine lineup goes, the 2014 Hyundai Genesis did actually receive two new units. One of them is the 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine, which is producing a total output of 274 HP (204 kW) and 372 Nm (275 lb-ft) of torque. The other one is a larger 3.8 liter V6, with its 348 HP (259 kW) and 399 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque, when running on premium fuel. The engines can be mated to the improved 6-speed manual transmission or to the 8-speed automatic with paddle shifters. No pricing details have been announced so far.
