The British based automaker Jaguar has recently announced a series of updates for the 2014 XJ, which should make the model even hotter to its future customers.
The 2014 Jaguar XJ is now coming with features like the soft closing doors or the new 18-inch Manra forged alloy wheels. Changes on the outside stop here and they are continued in the cabin, where we can find some significant upgrades, such as the new rear armrest, the fold down business tables, the updated rear seat entertainment package, which is adding two 10.2-inch touch screens, which can display a video from the TV tuner, DVD player or external media player, the 1300 watt Meridian Reference Audio System and more.
The cabin of the 2014 Jaguar XJ is also getting some aircraft inspired rear seats which recline and have three massage programs, to keep you busy on long trips with your chauffeur behind the wheel. As for the engine options, these include the 2.0 liter four-cylinder petrol engine, which has been carried over, along with the 5.0 liter V8 unit, producing 550 HP (405 kW) and 680 Nm of torque (502 lb-ft). The 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) sprint takes 4.4 seconds and top speed is electronically limited to 174 mph (280 km/h). No pricing details have been announced yet.
