Jeep has recently announced its plans to introduce the 2014 Grand Cherokee during the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, on the 14th of January.
After the the model is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the North American based automaker announcing its public debut during the 2013 Detroit Motor Show. The 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee is being teased in the image posted above which is highlighting the model’s front fascia.
If this is indeed the facelifted version of the Jeep Grand Cherokee than we can expect the model to keep the 3.6 liter V6 engine for the entry-level version, the 5.4 liter HEMI V8 and the top of the line HEMI SRT 6.4 liter V8. Diesel lovers will be able to choose between the 190 HP and 250 HP outputs of the V6 engines, which will probably come with the new eight-speed transmission with steering wheel paddle shifters. Additional details on the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee are limited for the moment and will be announced during the North American automotive event.
