Jeep has recently announced the official price list of the new Grand Cherokee generation in the United States, where the model can now be ordered from 29,790 USD.
According to the North American based automaker, the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee is available in the U.S. from 29,790 USD, while the 2014 Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel can be bought from 41,290 USD for the rear-wheel drive version, and four-wheel drive will set you back for another 2,000 USD on the Laredo trim level. The cheapest 2014 Grand Cherokee are 1,100 USD more expensive than the base 2013 model.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel will be available on the Limited and Overland trim levels, with either RWD or AWD, where the most expensive version, with all-wheel drive will set you back for 46,990 USD, compared with the 48,320 USD for the VW Touareg TDI with AWD. Jeep says that most units of the Cherokee have been equipped with the 3.6 liter V6 engine, with its 290 HP and 260 lb-ft of torque, but those of you who think that this isn’t enough have the opportunity to choose the 5.7 liter V8 with 360 HP and 390 lb-ft. The 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee is already available for order.
