The Japanese based automaker Lexus has recently announced the official starting price of the IS F in the United States, where the model will set you back for at least 63,350 USD.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2014 Lexus IS F will cost significantly more than the 2013 model year, which currently retails for 61,750 USD, but the company didn’t have much to say about the model, except for the fact that its price will stand at 63,350 USD, without the 910 USD destination charge and handling fee. Rumors are saying that the 2014 model year will probably get some new goodies onto it, but no details are being known for the moment.
Toyota’s luxury brand Lexus didn’t even say if the 2014 IS F is getting a whole new engine under its hood or if this is just the same unit found on the 2013 model year, which is the 5.0 liter V8 producing a total output of 416 HP (310 kW) and 273 Nm (371 lb-ft). This is enough for a 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) sprint made in 4.6 seconds and a top speed of 170 mph (273 km/h). More details on the 2014 Lexus IS F remain unknown for the moment and will probably be announced over the following weeks.
