2014 Lexus IS gets priced in the U.S. image

Toyota’s luxury brand Lexus has recently announced the official starting price of the 2014 IS in the United States, which has been set at 35,950 USD.

According to the Japanese based automaker, the 2014 Lexus IS 250 entry level is coming with features such as the LED daytime running lights, HID headlamps, dual zone climate control and a 4.2-inch multi information display. The model can also be had with the Premium package, which is adding the heated and ventilated front seats, or with the Luxury Package, which is coming with Blind Spot Monitor, rain sensing wipers, wood trim, leather upholstery, electrochromic mirrors and more.

The F Sport package is also available for the model and it’s adding the sport-tuned suspension, the 18-inch alloy wheels, the new front bumper, unique grille, sport seats, center mounted tachometer and more. The cheapest version of the 2014 Lexus IS, the IS 250, is available from 35,950 USD and this model is powered by a 2.5 liter V6 engine, which is good for 204 HP (152 kW) and 250 Nm of torque (185 lb-ft). The more expensive IS 350 starts at 39,465 USD and it’s packing a 3.5 liter V6 engine, which is producing 306 HP (228 kW). The 2014 Lexus IS will go on sale across the U.S. this summer.
