The very first rendering with the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Shooting Brake has recently hit the web and it might provide us with a first look into a new possible body style.
After the new generation of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class has been officially unveiled just a couple of days ago, the model is ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of a rendering image, which is showing it in a new body style: Shooting Brake. Mercedes-Benz didn’t confirm such a body style but we already known that the new generation of the S-Class will get the regular sedan, long wheelbase, coupe and cabrio.
The 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class, in its normal sedan version, is 5,116 mm long, 1,899 mm wide and 1,483 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 3,035 mm. The long wheelbase version will be 5,246 mm long and it will ride on a 3,165 mm wheelbase. The S350 BlueTEC is powered by a 258 HP 3.0L V6, the S500 is getting a 4.7L V8 with 455 HP, the S300 BlueTEC hybrid has a 2.1L four-cylidner with 204 HP and the S400 Hybrid has a hybridized 3.5L V6 with 306 HP. The new S-Class generation will become available to its future customers by the end of the year.
