The new generation of the Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG is rumored to make its public debut next month, during the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show.
The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz is currently trying to keep the new S65 AMG a secret for the moment, but as we all know, things don’t always work out in the automotive industry when it comes to secrets, so the latest info on the model is saying that this will be officially unveiled during the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, in a world premiere, in November.
The 2014 Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG is rumored to get a 6.0 liter twin turbo V12 engine under its hood, which is believed to produce a total output of 621 HP (463 kW) and 999 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque. These figures will allow the new S65 AMG to sprint form 0 to 60 mph in less than 4.5 seconds. If this sounds too fast for you, then you should know that a less powerful V12 engine will be unveiled in NAIAS, next year. Additional details on the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG will be announced during the North American automotive event, which will open its gates on the 22nd of November.
