Mitsubishi has recently announced its plans to debut the new Outlander generation in the United States later on this month, during the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.
After it was already launched in several markets across the Old Continent, the new generation of the Mitsubishi Outlander, which is wearing the 2014 model year in its name, is getting ready these days to make its debut in the United States too, where the model will be officially presented to the public during the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show on the 28th of November. According to the Japanese based automaker, the 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander will be “among the most fuel-efficient compact CUV with seven-passenger seating as standard”.
The vehicle will get some safety tech like the Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM), the Lane Departure Warning (LDW) or the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). Besides from the new generation of the Mitsubishi Outlander, the carmaker is also planning to introduce a special edition of the model, in order to commemorate the brand’s three-decade presence on the North American market. The Mitsubishi Outlander Limited Edition will also be presented during the 2012 L.A. Auto Show.
