The Japanese based automaker Nissan has recently pulled the wraps off its latest creation, the 2014 Teana, ahead of its launch in China set for next month.
As you have probably figured it out until now, the 2014 Nissan Teana is a rebadged version of the Nissan Altima, which is getting some styling tweaks in order to make it different than its brother. The 2014 Nissan Teana is aimed towards the Chinese market and the model will become available in the Asian country next month.
“The new Teana is the ambassador of what the Nissan brand stands for: quality, style and innovation that excites. Not only does Teana meet the needs and desires of our customers, but we also expect it will strengthen our position in the demanding luxury sedan segment”, said Andy Palmer, the Nissan executive vice president, during the model’s official unveil in Guangzhou.
The 2014 Nissan Teana is coming with new headlights, a prominent front grille, a full length character line, chrome trim and some other tweaks, which will help it stand out in a crowd. The cabin of the model will add leather seats, dark wood trim, metallic accents, an infotainment system and more. Power to the 2014 Teana will be provided by a new QR24DE engine, mated to an Xtronic CVT. Additional details on the 2014 Nissan Teana will be announced next month.
