The Japanese based automaker Nissan has recently released a teaser image with the 2014 Versa Note, which will be officially presented to the public during the 2013 Detroit Motor Show.
The 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit is coming in pretty fast and with the automotive event opening its gates for the media on the 14th of January, Nissan couldn’t stay aside. According to the car manufacturer, the 2014 Nissan Versa Note will be officially presented to the public during the North American automotive even on January 14, in Detroit.
“This 4-door hatchback, with segment-exclusive technology, outstanding fuel economy, smart packaging and class-leading cargo space, is the fourth of five new models launched by Nissan over 15 months”, as the automaker is saying in its official press release.
The five-door hatchback 2014 Nissan Versa Note is expected to get the 1.2 liter supercharged engine from the Micra DIG-S under its hood on the Old Continent, while in the United States, the model will probably use the 1.6 liter four-cylinder unit, found on the Versa Sedan. The 2014 Nissan Versa Note will be inspired by the Invitation Concept unveiled during the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. Additional details on the model are limited for the moment and will be announced in the Detroit.
