The first rendering with the Nismo version of the 2014 Nissan X-Trail has just made its way onto the web and it might provide us with a first look into a new variant of the model.
The Nissan X-Trail’s new generation might become the fourth model in the company’s lineup to get the Nismo treatment, after the Micra Nismo, which is sold in Japan, the Juke Nismo, with its 200 HP and the 370Z Nismo, which is rated at 350 HP. The Japanese based automaker didn’t announce any plans for a new X-Trail Nismo and we don’t even think that the company has the right engine and transmission for such a model, but we can still dream about it.
The image posted above represents a rendering made by X-Tomi Design (FB) and we can see, from the start, the white exterior finish, along with the red side mirror caps, red inserts into the front and rear bumper, the Nismo alloy wheels and some other tweaks which are making the model look quite appealing. Hopefully, Nissan will consider on developing the 2014 X-Trail Nismo and bring it to Europe. Additional details on the Nissan X-Trail Nismo remain unknown but the company’s fans can save the image and use it as a desktop background.
