Renault has recently announced the launch of the updated Megane across the Australian continent, where the cheapest version is now available for order from 20,990 AUD.
The 2014 Renault Megane Authentique hatchback is coming with standard features such as the Bluetooth phone and audio streaming, with cruise control with speed limiter, with a multi-function steering wheel, smart key card with push button start, digital speedometer, cloth upholstery, 6 airbags, USB input, air conditioning, daytime running lights, fog lights, 16-inch alloy wheels and several other tweaks. This is the cheapest version of the model, coming with a petrol engine and manual transmission for 20,990 AUD.
The GT Line is the most expensive variant of the updated Megane and it is coming from 26,990 AUD, for the petrol automatic, but if the Premium diesel automatic is what you are looking for, than get ready to pay 33,490 AUD in the hatchback and 35,490 AUD in the wagon versions. The GT Line Premium is adding the Viso Lane Departure Warning and automatic high and low beam headlights, the heated front seats, dual pane panoramic sunroof, heated front seats, leather trim, carbon fiber effect dash trim, electronic parking brake, sat-nav, R-Link, 17-inch alloy wheels, automatic headlights, automatic wipers and so on.
