The Czech based automaker Skoda is currently testing the new generation of the Octavia Combi RS on public roads, where the model has been spied once more.
After meeting the new generation of the Skoda Octavia just a few weeks ago and with the model getting ready to hit the market, the car manufacturer is currently working on different versions of the model. One of these versions is the Octavia Combi RS, which has been recently caught on camera while being tested on public roads. The brand new Skoda Octavia Combi RS will be larger than its predecessor.
The model in question will get a dual exhaust system, a new rear bumper, new side skirts, glossy black mirrors, a honey comb grille, new alloy wheels and more. The 2014 Skoda Octavia Combi RS is riding on the same MQB modular platform as the regular version of the model. Power to the vehicle is expected to be provided by the same engine used on the new Golf 7 GTI, the 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder unit, which should generate more than 200 HP. More details on the 2014 Skoda Octavia Combi RS are limited for the moment and will be announced close to its debut.
