The future generation of the Skoda Octavia has recently leaked in an image which is revealing the model with no camouflage on its body.
The 2014 Skoda Octavia is entering our news once again, and after it was caught testing on public roads a couple of times last month, the model is now revealed with no camouflage on its body in an image which ended up on the web. The future generation of the Czech model will borrow some of the lines of the new Skoda Rapid and it’s also looking quite common to some Audi models.
The new generation of the Skoda Octavia, which is wearing the 2014 model year in its name, is expected to hit the market sometimes next year and, judging by the months since it has been tested, the model might make its way onto the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The new Octavia will ride on the same platform as the new Audi A3 and the new VW Golf 7, the MQB, and the engine lineup is expected to be shared with the new Golf generation. Hybrid and electric versions of the Skoda Octavia might be developed, along with the hot RS variant. Additional details on the model are limited for the moment.
