The Czech based automaker Skoda has recently released a third teaser image of the new Octavia generation which is revealing part of the steering wheel and the central console.
The future generation of the Skoda Octavia, which is wearing the 2014 model year in its name, is ending up in our news for the third time in an official manner, this time with the carmaker releasing a first interior teaser image. The 2014 Skoda Octavia has already been spied naked a couple of times before but this is actually the first time when we get to see a part of its interior design.
The new generation of the Skoda Octavia will be based on same MQB platform which is being used by the VW Group on some of its models, like the Golf 7, the 2013 Audi A3 or the new Seat Leon. The upcoming Octavia will also share the same engine lineup with the VW Golf 7, including the 2.0 liter turbo from the GTI, which is expected to make its way onto the market as the vRS version. The 2014 Skoda Octavia is expected to become one of the best 10-selling cars out there, according to the carmaker. More details on the model will be announced in Detroit, next year.
