The new generation of the Smart ForTwo has recently leaked ahead of its public debut scheduled for the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
The brand new Smart ForTwo, which is wearing the 2014 model year in its name, meaning that it will go on sale this year, is being placed into the spotlights for the first time, with the help of two official images which are revealing what seems to be a concept version of the model. The image posted above has been first spotted on the official website of the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, where the model will make its public debut, next month.
No details are being known for the moment on the 2014 Smart ForTwo but rumors are saying that the image posted above is actually revealing a concept version of the model. Even so, the final production variant is expected to make its way onto the market later on this year. The outgoing Smart ForTwo has been in production ever since 2007 and the model is coming with a choice of three engines, two petrol and a diesel, mated to a 5-speed semi-automatic transmission.
Update: It seems that the image posted above is actually a rendering of the model.
