SsangYong has recently introduced the updated Korando in Australia where the model in question is now available from 27, 990 AUD for the base entry-level version.
The 2014 SsangYong Korando is being offered in two versions, the 4×2 petrol in the Korando S and the 4×4 diesel in the Korando SX. Each one is said to cost 4,000 AUD more than the equivalent manual in the old range and 2,000 AUD more than the automatic. Both vehicles are also getting features such as the heated front seats or the leather upholstery, as standard, while the Korando S petrol is getting the 17-inch alloy wheels and the SX is adding the heated rear seats, the climate control, the automatic headlights and wipers and so on.
The updated SsangYong Korando is getting a fresh exterior styling too, with its sharp headlights, updated front grille, new LED taillights and others. The cabin has a revised dashboard, a different instrument cluster, new air vents and a center stack. Power is being provided by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder petrol engine, rated at 110 kW and 197 Nm of torque, burning 8.0L / 100km and by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder diesel, with 129 kW and 360 Nm of torque, returning 7.5L / 100km of fuel.
