The South Korean based automaker SsangYong has recently unveiled the 2014 Rodius, which is getting ready to be launched in Europe, and not only.
After it had leaked a few times and the images have revealed the model from just about every angle possible, the brand new 2014 SsangYong Rodius is here and it was unveiled by the car manufacturer. According to the company, the 2014 SsangYong Rodius will be sold in different markets across the globe, under different names, including the Stavic or the Korando Turismo, and the model will also make its way onto the Old Continent over the following monts.
The second generation of the MPV will come in several configurations, with either nine, ten or eleven seats, offering up to 3,240 liters of cargo volume. The 2014 SsangYong Rodius will go on sale in three trim levels, the Luxury Touring (LT), the Grand Touring (GT) and the Royal Touring (RT), and it can add a touch screen display, a multimedia system, a navigation system and more. Power to the model is being provided by a 2.0 liter turbo diesel engine, mated to a six-speed manual or to a Mercedes-Benz-sourced 5-speed automatic transmission. In South Korea and Russia, the model will get a larger 3.2L six-cylinder petrol unit.
