The first images of the 2014 Suzuki Swift have recently ended up on the web, revealing the popular B-segment hatchback from just about every angle.
Thanks to some overeager employees at Suzuki Belgium we can get a glimpse of what the 2014 Suzuki Swift will look like. We can call it more than a glimpse because the model seems to be officially unveiled with so many images hitting the web but this is a simple leak. The 2014 Suzuki Swift looks instantly recognizable and the GLX versions will be distinguished by features like the body colored mirrors with their integrated turn signals or by the LED daytime running lights.
Power to the 2014 Suzuki Swift is expected to be provided by a 1.2 liter petrol engine, producing 94 HP (69 kW) and 118 Nm of torque (87 lb-ft), in the entry-level version. This model will be able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 12.3 seconds with the manual and in 13.5 seconds with the four-speed automatic transmission. Top speed will stand at 165 km/h (102 mph). There will also be a 1.3 liter diesel engine, with 75 HP (55 kW) and 190 Nm of torque (140 lb-ft).
