The first renderings with the 2014 Toyota 4Runner pickup truck have recently ended up on the web and they might provide us with a first look into a possible production version of the model.
After it was officially unveiled just a few weeks ago, the new 2014 Toyota 4Runner is ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of some renderings. The images posted below have been provided by theophiluschin.com and they are showing what the pickup truck version of the model might look like. Keep in mind that Toyota didn’t announce any plans to introduce such a model but there is an old saying that works perfectly in this case: “never say never”.
As a quick reminder, the regular 2014 Toyota 4Runner is getting a choice of three trim levels, the SR5, the Limited and the Trail and the model is getting items as the multi-information display, the 7-inch display, Entune infotainment or electrically adjustable front seats. As for the engine, the 2014 4Runner will be powered only by the 4.0 liter V6 unit, which is good of 270 HP (201 kW) and 376 Nm of torque (278 lb-ft), mated to a five-speed ECT-I automatic transmission.
