A Toyota dealer has recently leaked the ordering guide for the new generation of the Corolla, which should go on sale sometimes next year.
A Kansas City based Toyota dealer has managed to get its hand on an ordering guide for the upcoming 2014 Toyota Corolla and it posted it on a blog, only to soon feel the wrath of the Japanese based automaker. The ordering guide disappeared from the blog eventually, but not before being discovered by Car & Driver and smacking it down.
According to the source mentioned above, the new generation of the Toyota Corolla should get four different versions, the base, the LE, the S and the Eco, and their cabins should offer GPS navigation, Softex leather and a push-button ignition, amongst others. Entry-level versions should get a manual six-speed or an optional four-speed automatic transmission, while higher grades will receive an optional CVT which should improve the fuel efficiency. The 2014 Toyota Corolla will be powered by a 1.8 liter four-cylinder updated engine. Additional details on the 2014 Toyota Corolla are limited for the moment and will be announced close to its debut.
