The Swedish based automaker Volvo has recently unveiled the facelifted versions of the S60, V60, XC60, V70, XC70 and S80 models.
According to the car manufacturer, the S60, the V60 and the XC60 get the most significant updates and here we can highlight the larger headlights, which have been so familiar on the larger models, along with the daytime running lights, the wider front grille, the chrome trim and some other tweaks, which will help them stand out from a crowd quite easily to a trained eye. The “new” Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid is now getting 215 HP and 440 Nm of torque out of its 2.4 liter diesel engine, and 70 HP and 200 Nm of torque from the electric motor, emitting just 48 g/km of CO2.
Besides the three models mentioned above, Volvo has also upgraded the V70, the XC70 and the S80, and these vehicles have received a bigger grille, a redesigned spoiler, rectangular daytime running lights replacing the previous round ones and some other “goodies”. Some of the models now get the 7-inch touch screen display for the Sensus Volvo HMI Interface. Additional details on the facelifted models mentioned above are limited for the moment and will be announced soon.
