The first rendering with the 2015 Audi A3 Cabrio has recently hit the web and the image posted above might provide us with a first glimpse into the final production version of the model.
The German based automaker Audi has been known to produce a convertible version of the brand new A3 generation, along with a sedan based on the same car. But while only spy photos of the model have ended up on the web previously, we now have the chance to look at the model with no camouflage on its body. Don’t get your hopes too high because the image posted above is a rendering, posted by Motor Authority.
Rumors are saying that the Audi A3 Cabrio might be officially presented to the public, in a pre-production form, next week, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, but Audi didn’t say anything on this subject just yet. The Audi A3 Cabrio will be based on the upcoming Audi A3 Sedan and the model will be based on the MQB modular transversal platform. The A3 dropt-top will come with both front-wheel and all-wheel drive and the S3 Cabrio and RS3 Cabrio are also in the works. More details on it remain unknown for the moment.
