The facelifted version of the BMW 1-Series hatchback has arrived in Australia where the model is being officially priced.
The 2015 BMW 1-Series is getting ready to be launched in Australia. According to the car manufacturer, the cheapest version of the vehicle will be the 118i, coming in from 36,900 AUD, the same as the previous 116i. This is being followed by the 118d, from 40,300 AUD, getting a 2,700 AUD price cut, while the 120i can be yours from 41,900 AUD, 1,100 AUD cheaper than the previous 118i. Next in the lineup comes the 125i, priced at 48,900 AUD, 2,100 AUD cheaper than before, while the range-topping M135i is now 2,030 AUD cheaper, coming in at 62,900 AUD.
The updated version of the German hatchback has wider kidney grilles, new front and rear bumpers, L-shaped taillights, sharper headlights, an updated interior design and more. Standard features found on the entry-level version include the rearview camera with real-time traffic info, the 16-inch alloy wheels, the Sport Line styling package, the Navigation Business system, sports steering wheel, rain sensing wipers, ConnectedDrive Lifestyle package, rear parking sensors and the 8-speed automatic gearbox. The 120i is adding the interior lights package, enhanced climate control, auto dimming mirror, front fog lights, Driving Assistant camera, storage package and 17-inch alloy wheels, amongst others, while the 125i is bringing the 18-inch alloy wheels, M Sport Styling package with M Sport brakes, LED headlights, Alcantara / cloth upholstery, auto-dimming side mirrors, variable sports steering and more. The M135i has 18-inch M alloy wheels, adaptive LED headlights, adaptive M suspension, DAB+ digital radio, Navigation Professional, leather and others.
