A new rendering with the new generation of the BMW X5, the F15, has recently ended up on the web, and it might provide us with a first look into the future SUV.
After spotting it on the Nurburgring these past few months, or on public roads, with a lot of camouflage on its body, the new generation of the BMW X5, which is wearing the 2015 model year in its name, is ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of a new rendering, which might provide us with a first look into the final production version of the model.
The new X5 will receive the latest generation of the xDrive all-wheel drive system and some new engine options which will include the 2.0 liter turbo diesel used on the F30 3-Series, along with some other petrol and diesel units. The next BMW X5M is rumored to get a twin-turbocharged V8 gasoline engine. The new BMW X5 will rider on the X for All architecture, which will be used throughout the entire BMW X range, helping the model loose 150 kg in weight. The new X5 will get the free-standing navigation/infotainment LCD screen and the iDrive Touch system, amongst others. More details on the model are limited for the moment.
