Buick has introduced an updated version of the Verano for the 2015 model year which includes a new appearance package, improved connectivity and some other tweaks.
The 2015 Buick Verano is coming, in all versions, with the OnStar with 4G LTE, standard built-in Wi-Fi hotspot, with a three-month data trial, a new color, called the Dark Sapphire Blue Metallic, the Convenience Leather trim and some other tweaks. The model in question is also getting the rear spoiler, the bright chrome front grille, the Desert Metallic paint color, exclusive to the appearance package, and so on.
Buick says that the 2015 Verano is available in four versions, the Verano, the Convenience, the Leather and the Verano Turbo. All of them are getting standard rearview camera while the Convenience is adding the blind spot monitoring system with rear-cross traffic alert. Heated side mirrors are standard on all upper trim levels except for the Verano.
The 2015 Buick Verano is taking its power from a 180 HP and 171 lb-ft of torque 2.4 liter I-4 engine or from a 250 HP and 260 lb-ft of torque 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine. The units are connected to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The 6-speed manual, previously offered on the Turbo, has been dropped for the 2015 model year.
