American aftermarket specialists at Hennessey Performance have recently updated the new 2015 Cadillac Escalade.
Those of you interested in the 2015 Cadillac Escalade, who think that this model needs more power, now have a reason to be happy because Hennessey Performance has just announced a performance upgrade for the popular SUV. The so-called HPE550 upgrade is offered for the 6.2 liter V8 engine and this is bringing the total output of the model to 557 HP (415 kW) And 734 Nm (542 lb-ft) of torque, thanks to a remapped engine ECU and to an air to water intercooler system.
The 2015 Cadillac Escalade’s standard output stands at 420 HP (313 kW) and 623 Nm (460 lb-ft) of torque, so the upgrade is quite significant. Prices for the kit have been set at 15,950 USD and for an extra 6,950 USD, customers can chose the H10 20-inch forged monoblock wheels, which are compatible with the factory tires fitted onto the escalade. Hennessey says that the HPE550 package is also compatible with the new Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Yukon Denali and GMC Sierra and it’s coming with a limited warranty of 3 years of 36,000 miles.
