The North American based automaker Cadillac has recently announced its plans to officially pull the wraps off the redesigned Escalade SUV on the 7th of October, this year.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2015 Cadillac Escalade will make its public debut in a couple of months, on October 7, outside of the auto show arena, in New York. The model in question will still ride on the same K2XX platform shared with the Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra. The same platform will also be used on the Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevrolet Suburban and GMC Yukon.
The 2015 Cadillac Escalade is expected to be bigger and to look bolder than the current model and, at the time of its launch, the model will come with a 6.2 liter V8 unit, producing a total output of 420 HP and 450 lb-ft of torque. Additional details on the brand new 2015 Cadillac Escalade are limited for the moment and will be announced on the 7th of October, in New York, once the model will make its public debut.
