With the fuel prices going up like crazy these days, fuel economy is a key factor when most customers are choosing a new car so if you have your eyes on the 2015 Chrysler 200, you may go ahead and order the one equipped with the 2.4 liter four-cylinder engine. According to the North American based automaker, the model in question can return 23 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway, for the 2.4 liter four-cylinder unit, with a combined 28 mpg.
If you have your eyes on the larger 3.6 liter V6 engine, you should know that the fuel economy stands at 19 / 32 / 23 mpg in city / highway / combined, for the two-wheel drive version, while on the all-wheel drive V6, the fuel consumption has been rated at 18 mpg city, 29 mpg highway and 22 mpg combined. Chrysler says that every new 200 has been equipped with a nine-speed automatic transmission, which is also contributing to the figures mentioned above. The 4-cylinder engine is rated at 184 HP and the V6 at 295 HP. The 2015 Chrysler 200 has been priced from 22,696 USD.
