The 2015 Chrysler 300 has been recently introduced ahead of its public debut which will be taking place at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show.
Following a leak a couple of months ago, the 2015 Chrysler 300 has been officially introduced. The model in question has a carried over exterior design but it has received several important tweaks which include the enlarged front grille, the lower front fascia inspired by the smaller 200, the redesigned headlights and so on. The cabin of the model is getting the 8.4-inch touch screen display for the Uconnect infotainment system, the 7-inch display in the gauge cluster and others.
As far as the engine lineup goes, the 2015 Chrysler 300 is coming with a 3.6 liter Pentastar V6, rated at 292 HP (218 kW) and 352 Nm (260 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission, powering the rear wheels or the optional all-wheel drive. The 300S is getting 300 HP (224 kW) and 357 Nm (264 lb-ft) of torque while the larger 5.7 liter HEMI V8 has 363 HP (271 kW) and 533 Nm (394 lb-ft) of torque, connected to the same 8-speed automatic. Production of the model will start before the end of 2014 and prices will start from 32,390 USD.
