The first rendering with the new generation of the Citroen C1 has recently hit the web and it might provide us with a first look into the new model.
The French based automaker will be introducing the new generation of the C1 next month, during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, in a world premiere, and this is what it took in order for the first rendering of the model to hit the web. The image posted above has been signed by Antoine51 and it’s showing what the lines of the new and small vehicle may be, with some of the lines being inspired by its larger brothers, like the C4 Picasso and Grand C4 Picasso.
The 2015 Citroen C1 is expected to be heavily influenced by the newly unveiled Peugeot 108, which will also be making its debut during the same Swiss automotive event, which basically means that the 68 HP (51 kW) 1.0 liter three-cylinder and the 82 HP (61 kW) 1.2 liter three-cylinder PureTech VTi engines will become available. Additional details on the new generation of the Citroen C1 are limited for the moment and will be announced during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, once the model will be unveiled, in early March.
