Dodge has officially announced the official price list for its Challenger lineup which starts from just 26, 995 USD for the base entry-level “SXT” version.
If the recently unveiled Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is in your head but you’re afraid you can’t afford it, don’t worry, because you can now order a cheaper version of the model, the entry-level one, the SXT, which can be yours from 26,995 USD. For the money you will be getting the digital instrument cluster, the Uconnect infotainment system with its 5-inch display, the LED infused headlights or the 18-inch alloy wheels. Power comes from a 3.6 liter Pentastar V6 engine, rated at 305 HP (227 kW) and 362 Nm (268 lb-ft) of torque.
Next in the lineup comes the Challenger SXT Plus, which is adding 3,000 USD more to the price, bringing it to 30,000 USD. For the money you will be getting the beefier braking system, the sportier suspension, the rear spoiler, the fog lights, the 20-inch polished aluminum wheels, the heated and ventilated Nappa leather seats, the larger 8.4-inch display for the Uconnect and several other tweaks. If you are looking for something more, than check out the Challenger R/T. This starts from 31,495 USD and it’s adding the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine under its hood.
The unit is rated at 375 HP (279 kW) and 555 Nm (410 lb-ft) of torque, connected to a 6-speed manual transmission. This version is also coming with the dual exhaust system and with the 20-inch Satin Carbon wheels. For 34,495 USD, the Challenger R/T Plus is coming and it’s adding the same equipment as the SXT Plus. The Challenger R/T Scat Pack is next in the lineup, from 38,495 USD. This is adding the Brembo brakes, the front splitter, stainless steel exhaust system and better suspension.
Under its hood we can find the 64 liter HEMI V8, which has been rated at 485 HP (361 kW) and 643 Nm (475 lb-ft) of torque. For 45,995 USD you can order the Challenger SRT 392. This is getting the 20-inch Slingshot alloy wheels, the larger Brembo brakes, the Viper inspired hood, the Nappa / Alcantara seats, the 18-speaker Harman Kardon audio system and the flat bottomed steering wheel, amongst others.
