2015 Ford F-150 enters production image

The 2015 Ford F-150 has recently entered production as the company has announced, at the Ford Rouge factory in Dearborn, Michigan.

The best selling truck in America, the Ford F-150, has recently entered production for the 2015 model year, as the car manufacturer has recently announced. The pickup truck is currently being put together at the Ford Rouge factory, in Dearborn, Michigan, where 850 employees and 500 robots have been added, but starting from the first quarter of 2015, the model in question will also be assembled at the Kansas City Assembly Plant, in Calycomo, Missouri. The total production capacity of both facilities stands at more than 700,000 units.

The 2015 Ford F-150 is coming with an engine choice which includes the 2.7 liter V6 EcoBoost with 325 HP and 375 lb-ft of torque, the 3.6 liter V6 EcoBoost with 365 HP and 420 lb-ft of torque, the 3.5 liter Ti-VCT V6 with 282 HP and 253 lb-ft of torque and with the 5.0 liter V8 Ti-VCT with 385 HP and 387 lb-ft of torque. Prices for the cheapest version of the F-150 will start from 26,115 USD and they will go up to 51,155 USD for the Platinum. Deliveries of the first models will begin this December.
