Ford has officially unveiled the facelifted version of the Focus Sedan, ahead of its public debut scheduled for next week, during the 2014 New York Auto Show.
The 2015 Ford Focus Sedan is finally here as the carmaker has pulled the wraps off its body. The model in question has received the obvious front grille inspired from Aston Martin models, the new headlights, some modifications made to the front bumper, updated taillights, a modified trunk lid, an updated rear bumper and some other tweaks which will help it stand out from a crowd.
The cabin of the facelifted Ford Focus Sedan has been also reworked and this has received a 4.2- or an 8-inch touch screen display on models equipped with the MyFord Touch, a standard rearview camera, updated cup holders, some modified seats and that’s about all.
Besides these upgrades, the 2015 Ford Focus Sedan facelifted has been also “gifted” with some chassis upgrades and with suspension modifications, which will improve the sound insulation and a “more connected feel to the road”. The 1.0 liter three-cylinder EcoBoost has been added to the lineup and this is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The upgraded Ford Focus Sedan will be introduced at the 2014 New York Auto Show, along with the updated Focus Electric. The Focus ST will be making its debut later on this year.
