Ford has officially announced that the 2015 Mustang Convertible will soon be headed to dealerships across the nation.
After officially announcing the production start of the 2015 Ford Mustang, just a couple of months ago, the North American based automaker is now placing the popular muscle car into the spotlights once again, after announcing that the Mustang Convertible will soon be heading towards the dealerships. Because this is arriving along with the winter, the company is highlighting the remote starting system, the heated seats, the select drive system with snow / we setting and several other tweaks.
As you probably already know by now, the 2015 Ford Mustang Convertible is coming exactly with the same engines as its solid roof brother. This means that in the entry-level version we will be finding the 300 HP (223 kW) and 379 Nm (280 lb-ft) of torque 3.7 liter V6, while the mid-range variant will bring the controversial 2.3 liter four-cylinder EcoBoost, producing 310 HP (231 kW) and 433 Nm (320 lb-ft) of torque. The range topping model is the Mustang V8, adding the 5.0 liter V8 unit under its hood, with 435 HP (324 kW) and 541 Nm (400 lb-ft) of torque. Prices for the Mustang Convertible start at 29,925 USD.
