Ford has announced the launch of the new Mustang generation in the United Kingdom, where the cheapest version of the model can now be yours from 28, 995 GBP.
After it was already launched in the United States back in 2014, the new generation of the Ford Mustang is now getting ready to storm Europe, as one of the first markets where the popular muscle car has been introduced, the United Kingdom, has announced its official starting price. According to the car manufacturer, the 2015 Ford Mustang starts from 28,995 GBP and for the money, customers will be getting the high performance braking system, the HID xenon headlights, the 19-inch alloy wheels and several other goodies.
Ford also says that the cheapest version of the new Mustang generation is also packing in a nine-speaker audio system, a dual zone climate control, an infotainment system with the 8-inch touch screen display, the SYNC connectivity and so on. Under the hood of the muscle car we can find, in the entry-level variant, the 2.3 liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine, which is capable of producing a total output of 314 HP (231 kW) and 433 Nm (320 lb-ft) of torque. The carmaker has dropped the V6 unit from the European range, but the Mustang GT is still being offered, with its 5.0 liter V8 engine under its hood, rated at 418 HP (307 kW) and 524 Nm (386 lb-ft) of torque. Transmission options include the 6-peed manual or the six-speed automatic.
