Ford has released some new details on the 2015 Mustang Performance Pack as the company is looking to steal some attention from the 2015 Mustang and 2015 Camaro.
After officially releasing some performance specifications on the 2015 Ford Mustang, the North American based automaker has decided to talk about the Performance Pack, aimed towards the muscle car. This will become available only on the mid-range EcoBoost and top of the line GT and it will be including some new and interesting features which should help set the model apart from the standard ones.
The 2015 Ford Mustang Performance Pack will be getting a K-brace, which is connecting the strut towers to the bulkhead, the thicker rear sway bar, the retuned suspension springs, bushings, monotube rear dampers or the additional cooling capability. The 3.55:1 final drive ratio will also be added with the Mustang EcoBoost Performance Pack, along with the 19-inch Ebony Black alloy wheels, wrapped in Pirelli tires, covering the larger four-piston caliper brakes. The Mustang GT will be adding the front splitter, the strut tower brace, 3.73:1 final drive ratio, 6-piston brake calipers signed by Brembo, Torsen rear differential and 19-inch alloy wheels. No pricing details have been announced yet.
