The new generation of the Ford Mustang has been recently rendered with a new body kit, which seems suitable for the racing track.
Just a day has passed after the new generation of the Ford Mustang has been officially unveiled, in its two body style, coupe and convertible, and now the muscle car is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of an image. The photo posted above is showing the 2015 Ford Mustang equipped with a racing body style, with large wheel arches, a new front bumper, a massive rear wing, a new rear bumper and new wheels, wrapped in racing tires.
This isn’t some kind of special edition created for those of you who enjoy track days and it’s not even aimed towards racing, because this is a simple rendering, signed by Galpin Auto Sports’ designer, Douglas Breuninger. We have to remind you that the new Ford Mustang generation is coming with a choice of three engines, 3.7L V6, with 300 HP (223 kW) and 365 Nm (270 lb-ft) of torque, the 2.3 liter EcoBoost four-cylinder with 305 HP (227 kW) and 406 Nm (300 lb-ft) of torque and a 5.0 liter V8, with 420 HP (313 kW) and 528 Nm (390 lb-ft) of torque.
