Ford will be starting the production of the 2015 Mustang on the 14th of July and the model in question will go on sale this September.
The 2015 Ford Mustang is just a few days away from beginning production as this will happen on the 14th of July. The announcement hasn’t been made official just yet, but according to the guys from Mustang 6G, the model in question will soon hit the assembly line. If the convertible has gotten your attention, this will be entering production on September 15. The sale dates for the regular muscle car will begin on September 9 and for the cabrio on October 27.
The new generation of the Mustang has become quite a hit and only on the Old Continent the first 500 models have been reserved in just 30 seconds and more than 9,300 people have registered for a chance to reserve one of the first units, a couple of months ago, during the UEFA Champions League final. The cheapest version of the Mustang is getting a V6 under its hood with 300 HP and 365 Nm of torque, while the mid-range has a 2.3L EcoBoost four-cylinder unit, with 305 HP and 406 Nm of torque. The GT is getting a 420 HP and 528 Nm of torque 5.0 liter V8.
