The BMW M6 Coupe Competition Edition has been introduced at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Sharing its space with a lot of other BMW vehicles, the new M6 Coupe Competition Edition has been brought to the German automotive event. The special edition of the car is being offered in two body colors, the Austin Yellow and Alpine White, and in the last one this is also getting the bodywork stripes and the BMW M colors from the M6 GT3 race version.
Other goodies available for both schemes include the 20-inch M light alloy wheels with a double-spoke 343 M styling, the kidney grille finished in black chrome, the door handles and side gills in the same hue, the carbon fiber rear spoiler, diffuser and mirror caps. The interior design is bringing the Merino leather seats in black with contrast stitching, the M6 Competition lettering on the door sills, M sports steering and gear selector in carbon fiber, head-up display, Harman Kardon or Bang & Olufsen audio system and more.
Under its hood, we can find the 4.4 liter V8 petrol engine which is putting down no less than 600 HP (441 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. With the M Driver’s Package, which is still optional, the top speed of the car can go up to 305 km/h (190 mph). BMW says that the Competition Edition package can already be ordered, across the Old Continent, and this has a starting price of 17,700 euros.
